A delightful French cows milk cheese with a sweet pineapple swirl. This fresh dessert-style beauty makes for a gorgeous addition to any cheese tray, pairs perfectly with Effie’s Oatcakes, or can be experimented with in a variety of recipes. We’ve even heard it makes a yummy filling for bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos!
